Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Free account
A free LSAT Lens account saves up to three imported tests and requires no payment details. Nothing is charged and no subscription is created unless you start a paid plan.
Seven-day free trial
The free trial starts when you approve the LSAT Lens subscription in PayPal and lasts seven days. The checkout page identifies whether you are receiving the founding-member introductory offer or the standard plan before you approve recurring billing.
Founding Member introductory offer
The first five eligible new subscribers receive seven days free, followed by three paid monthly billing cycles of $3.99 USD each. After those three discounted months, the subscription automatically renews at $7.99 USD per month until canceled. The discount is applied automatically at checkout while spots remain. Previously approved complimentary beta accounts remain complimentary.
Standard monthly renewal
For the standard plan, PayPal charges $7.99 USD when the seven-day trial ends and the subscription renews automatically at $7.99 USD each month until you cancel. Applicable taxes or PayPal currency-conversion charges may apply. Any future price change will be disclosed before it takes effect as required by law.
Group access
Eligible groups of 10 or more students may receive group access at $4.99 USD per student each month. Group arrangements are made directly with LSAT Lens before payment, including the number of seats, billing contact, and cancellation terms. The standard self-serve checkout does not create a group plan.
How to cancel
Sign in, open the plan-management panel in your LSAT Lens dashboard, and select “Cancel subscription.” Cancellation stops future charges. You will retain access through the remainder of the current trial or paid billing period. You may also manage the subscription in PayPal.
Refunds and billing errors
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. If you believe a charge was unauthorized or made in error, contact us within seven days. We review billing-error and exceptional refund requests individually. Cancelling prevents future charges but does not automatically refund a completed charge.
Failed payments
If PayPal reports a failed, suspended, or past-due payment, paid features may be paused until the subscription returns to active status.
